How a Simple Writing Practice Looks Like
After I open my laptop, I write a bit.
In the morning, right after I open my laptop, I go to my Obsidian app. In there, I open a "today's daily note" and write down my thoughts.
Sometimes, I spend a minute and write a sentence or two. Other times, I stay there for 25 minutes and write 500 words or more.
The output is not important, doing the practice is what matters.
Then, to celebrate, I say to myself: "I did it. I put myself first. Now I'm ready."
By incorporating this practice, I've sharpen my thinking 97 times—up from 40 in last year. That's a 143% improvement.
Here's how to pull the trick yourself.
Thanks for being curious.
Stay sharp!
